1. How to get the money out of China?
1.1 Where and how can money be transferred from?
• The ideal solution is for the visiting investor to have a bank account outside China, most often in Hong Kong, Singapore or the United Arab Emirates (usually Dubai).
• The funds are transferred as follows:
• EUR 250,000 to a bank account in Hungary of GRÁNIT Bank. which will be transferred to the investment fund.
• EUR 65,000 as administration costs to the Hungarian bank account of BQ Hungary.
• EUR 4 300 as a securities account management fee.
• If one does not have such a foreign account and cannot open one, individual, client-specific solutions will have to be found. These options are tailored to the client, taking into account the specific situation.
1.2 How can I prove the origin of the money?
• The origin of the money must be credibly verified, for which there are several options:
• Income from salary.
• Fixed income (e.g. rent, royalties).
• Company profit.
• Proceeds from the sale of real estate.
• A loan from a friend or family.
• The purpose of the certificates is to prove that the capital invested comes from a legal source. The fund is flexible as regards documentation, but proof is essential.
2. Guarantees and securities
2.1 Accreditation and regulation:
• The fund is strictly accredited and has undergone a multi-stage approval process by the Magyar Nemzeti Bank.
• The fund is harmonised with the AIFM Directive and complies with all Hungarian and EU regulations.
2.2 Investment policy and portfolio safeguards:
• investment ratio of 40% ensures that a portion of the capital is invested in Hungarian residential properties with occupancy permits.
• The remaining 60% of the capital is invested in conventional bonds and other low-risk financial instruments, which reduces risk through diversification.
2.3 Regular reporting to investors:
• Investors receive regular detailed reports on the performance of the fund, its portfolio and the status of individual investments.
• Reports include semi-annual and annual reports, which provide transparency.
2.4 No capital guarantee but transparent operation:
• Although the fund is not capital guaranteed, the diversified investment policy and regulated operations provide security for investors.
