The Hungarian Guest Investor Program is a new investment residency plan launched by the Hungarian government in 2024. Third-country investors can obtain a ten-year residency status (guest Investor Resident Permit) for their entire family (spouse and minor children and dependent parents) by investing in a qualified real estate fund.
